At the brewery in Kochi Prefecture, they were considering not only serving beer at the restaurant adjacent to the factory but also offering it in cans with a longer shelf life and allowing for room temperature distribution. In addition to the clarification process, a sterilization process was also necessary, but they were exploring non-thermal methods to avoid compromising flavor. Liquid process filter element LIFE TEC "PP-N"

Filter for liquid processes of nominal rating type, composed of 100% polypropylene, designed for deep filtration.

The Life Tec™ PP N filter uses microfibers made of polypropylene with an asymmetric density structure and a stepwise pore structure. It has submicron particle retention and high dirt-holding capacity while providing high flow capability. Being made entirely of polypropylene, it is compatible with a wide range of chemicals and is used for various liquids. All components meet the requirements for food contact use according to EU and US regulations, specifically CFR Title 21 and 1935/2004/EC. The filter element complies with the GMP requirements defined in EC/2023/2006 and is manufactured without media migration through thermal bonding.
